My sister married a super cool Peruvian guy, Eduardo, who introduced me to this dish. Tender steak sautéed with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes deglazed with vinegar and soy sauce, then tossed together with French fries and garnished with cilantro. This is a super tasty, super unique meat and potatoes dish and a staple of Peruvian cuisine. I think you’ll love it! $16
